I’ve been in those trenches for over 20 years—starting in support and purchasing, running $150K trade show programs, managing campaigns for Microsoft and AWS at HIMSS Media, and leading marketing (and later customer support) for industrial companies. I’ve built systems, overhauled websites, implemented CRMs, and wrangled teams so they actually work together—and it works.

Along the way, my work has been recognized in the industry. I was even named Industry Person of the Week by Empowering Pumps & Equipment—proof that other people see the same thing I do: growth comes from aligned teams, not solo heroics.
